Initiate a Request
Contact our customer support team via the official 3DMakerpro help desk or email within 30 days of receiving your device to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the scanner and all original accessories, including cables and calibration boards, into the original factory packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your package to our designated regional service center for inspection.
Inspection and Refund
